Code of designation of the diodes controlled semiconductors (Tiristores)

To finish let's see the code that is used to distinguish the characteristics of the diodes controlled. Similar to since it happens with other semicoductores that we have studied in other sections, his interpretation is as it continues:
The first letter is always a B, which it indicates that it is a question of a semicondutor realized with silicon.
The second letter can be a R or a T. The serial number is formed by three numbers for the devices semiconductors designed for application in devices of domestic use, or by a letter and two numbers for the devices semiconductors designed for professional teams.
Finally, the code complements itself with a suffix separated from the principal code by a script, and that is composed by a few indicative numbers of the maximum inverse tension of comb.
In case of devices semiconductors controlled in that the plate is connected to the capsule (inverse polarity), the letter is added behind the complementary code R.
