The digital electronics is a part of the electronics that one entrusts of the study of electronic systems in which the information is codified in two been only ones.

It is possible to call them the above mentioned states "real" or "false", or more commonly 1 and 0. Electronically there is assigned to each one a voltage or status of certain voltage, which are named logical, typical levels in any digital sign.

It differs from the analogical electronics in which, for the digital electronics a value of voltage is codified by one of these two states, while for the analogical electronics there is an infinity of the states of information to be codified according to the value of the voltage.

This peculiarity allows using Algebra of Boole and a binary numeration system to be able to realize complex logical or arithmetical operations on the signs of entry, very costly to do using analogical methods.

The digital electronics has reached a big importance because it is used to realize automatons and for being the keystone of the microprogrammed systems as there are the computers or computers.
